  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personal care products (e.g. undergarments, cosmetics, etc.)
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or modification

3. 💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a notification regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

To initiate a return:

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service for your return.
  • Lotus Bless Enterprise is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

6. 🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.

7. 🛑 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed. Once packed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
